Research and innovation in elderly care now spans the whole of Limburg
The successful partnership the Living Lab in Ageing & Long-Term Care, initiated by Maastricht University, is being expanded. Having been joined by care organisations De Zorggroep, Proteion and Stichting Land van Horne in north and central Limburg, the partnership now covers the entire province.
Remarkable development in investigation into Maastricht University cyberattack
The investigation into the 2019 cyberattack has been successful. After a long and complex process, crypto currencies worth approximately €500,000 have been seized which may be made available to UM. If so, the money will be used to support students in need.
Mundo signs MoU with Thai Thammasat University
In June a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Maastricht University and Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. Mundo director Han Aarts met with Thammasat rector ms. Gasinee Witoonchart at the Rangchit campus of Thammasat University to celebrate the occasion.
