In the course of 2022, the university took a number of steps to en- hance social safety for staff and students. This report fo- cuses on the activities aimed at employees and the re- sults of those activities. De gastvrije ontvangst binnen deze organisatie, de dossiers die we konden inzien en de open attitude van de medewerkers met wie we hebben gesproken, hebben de dataverzameling niet alleen … twijfel moeizamer op gang gekomen en hadden we minder uit het beschikbare materiaal kunnen halen dan nu het geval is. Henk was de man die menig deur wist te openen en altijd bereid was om zijn uitgebreide dossierkennis met ons te delen. De begeleidingscommissie van het onderzoek was klein maar fijn. De vergaderingen voltrokken zich in een ontspannen sfeer, maar kritiek werd niet geschuwd en het commentaar was altijd terzake doende.
