Bij brief van 9 oktober 2018, ingekomen via het Complaints Service Point (CSP) bij het College van Beroep voor de Examens (CBE) op 9 oktober 2018, tekent appellant beroep aan tegen de beslissing van het bestuur d.d. 29 augustus 2018 om hem een negatief bindend studieadvies te geven. 2. Bij brief van 10 oktober 2018 zendt het CBE het beroep van appellant door naar de BSA- commissie FdR voor schikking en verweer. Tevens wordt appellant op de hoogte gebracht van deze doorzending. 3. Bij mailbericht van 7 november 2018 wordt namens het bestuur het verweerschrift verstrekt aan het CBE. 4. Bij brief van 6 december 2018 … heeft hij hiervoor 26 van de 60 studiepunten behaald. Door lezingen en publicaties brengt Luc Rombouts het brede publiek in contact met de beiaardcultuur. Hij schreef meerdere boeken, waaronder de omvangrijke beiaardgeschiedenis Zingend Brons, die meermaals bekroond werd.
