Bij brief van 9 oktober 2018, ingekomen via het Complaints Service Point (CSP) bij het College van Beroep voor de Examens (CBE) op 9 oktober 2018, tekent appellant beroep aan tegen de beslissing van het bestuur d.d. 29 augustus 2018 om hem een negatief bindend studieadvies te geven. 2. Bij brief van 10 oktober 2018 zendt het CBE het beroep van appellant door naar de BSA- commissie FdR voor schikking en verweer. Tevens wordt appellant op de hoogte gebracht van deze doorzending. 3.
