Online survey: eerste beoordeling Voorafgaand aan de fysieke bijeenkomst van de focusgroep – op 5 februari 2014 in Utrecht – werd de experts gevraagd in een online survey een eerste beoordeling te geven van de relevantie van elk afzonderlijk kenmerk voor het schatten van zorgvraagzwaarte op populatieniveau (zonder onderscheid naar zorgvorm). Hiertoe werden de kenmerken per categorie van het theoretisch kader ingedeeld op volgorde van voorkomendheid (zie Hoofdstuk 3). De experts beoordeelden de inhoudelijke relevantie van elk kenmerk op een schaal van 1 (‘totaal irrelevant’) tot en met 9 (‘extreem relevant’). Op basis van de online survey scores werd per kenmerk de mediaan berekend.
