Hosted by the Elverding Chair on Responsible Business, Culture, and Corporate Regulation, this symposium explores the changing role of shareholders in shaping corporate behavior and addressing societal challenges. Bringing together leading academics and practitioners, the program examines the power, limitations, and responsibilities of shareholders, the future of investor democracy, and the survival probability of the stakeholder model. 

Together, these discussions highlight the opportunities and challenges of promoting responsible business in an evolving regulatory and societal landscape.
