Hannes Günter (H.)

Hannes Guenter is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Department of Organization, Strategy & Entrepreneurship at Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics. Hannes received his PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from ETH Zurich. His research interests are in a variety of topics revolving around voice behavior, employee silence, and work team effectiveness. His research, some of which has been recognized with awards, has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Strategic Management Journal, and Leadership Quarterly, among others. He has participated in close to 50 presentations at international conferences and given workshops on multilevel modeling in R. Hannes serves as associate editor for Group & Organization Management.
