… 20 november 2019 Zoekresultaten De gezonde basisschool heeft de toekomst. Dat blijkt wel uit de keuze van de gemeenten Brunssum, Heerlen, Sittard-Geleen en Maastricht om een Gezonde Basisschool van de Toekomst op te gaan starten. En de gemeenten waar het project al bezig is, Kerkrade en Landgraaf, zijn zó tevreden over de resultaten dat ze graag zien dat het project wordt voortgezet en waar mogelijk verder uitgerold. De initiatiefnemers van het project, onder wie de Universiteit Maastricht (UM) en de Provincie Limburg, vinden dat de Gezonde Basisschool van de Toekomst landelijk navolging verdient, gezien de positieve impact op kinderen, ouders en scholen. Die oproep vond maandag gehoor bij de Staatssecretaris van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport, Paul Blokhuis, die een bezoekje bracht aan zo’n basisschool.
