Daarom voorziet de Nederlandse wetgeving in verschillende (praktische en/of financiële) maatregelen om je te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van je werk en biedt het personen met een functiebeperking bescherming tegen discriminatie op de werkplek.
Mr. dr. Alexander Hoogenboom laat leden van UnliMited-Staff kennis maken met de Wet Gelijke Behandeling van Personen met een Functiebeperking of Chronische Ziekte. De wet verstaat onder functiebeperking en chronische ziekte onder andere ook ADHD, Autisme (Autisme spectrum stoornis), dyslexie, dyscalculie en dyspraxie.
