Op donderdag 17 november van 15:00 tot 17:00 organiseert de Universiteit Maastricht (UM) het webinar ‘Organiseren om te overleven: lessen uit de Limburgse ziekenhuizen tijdens COVID-19’, waarin deze vraag centraal staat. Tijdens het webinar bespreken zij de resultaten van hun, door ZonMw gefinancierde, onderzoek ‘ Uitproberen, Aanpassen, Opbranden ’. Daarin hebben ze de afgelopen twee jaar onderzocht hoe de Limburgse ziekenhuizen om zijn gegaan met de crisis en wat daarvan de gevolgen zijn voor de inzetbaarheid van hun personeel.
