Labour market experts Inge Hooijen and Julia Reinold researched the mobility behaviour of graduates in the Meuse–Rhine Euroregion – and found that big life decisions are down to more than an attractive labour market.

Last Saturday, 13 October, we welcomed almost 3100 prospective students and their parents or guardians who wanted to find out more about Maastricht University. While mostly Dutch, our visitors had more than 56 different nationalities.  

Quitting smoking is easier if you're rewarded for it. According to research by Maastricht University (UM), employees find quitting easier to maintain if they are given a reward, in addition to following a smoking cessation training programme at work.
