I am working as a postdoctoral researcher at BISCI - the Brightlands Institute for Supply Chain Innovation. At BISCI, we aim to drive state-of-the art digital and sustainable supply chain innovations by combining resources and expertise from knowledge institutions, business and government

So far, my research has focused on innovation in SMEs. Specifically, in my dissertation I closely collaborated with the Province of Limburg, LIOF and regional SMEs to investigate the drivers of manufacturing SME's innovation performance. 

My research has been published in the International Small Business Journal & MOA, Expertise Center for Marketing Insights.

I view the valorization and confirmation of my research findings with industry partners and practitioners as a key aspect of my work, providing me with great energy and inspiration. Therefore, I am always open to such collaborations!
