Researchers of the Research Line VHC were involved in the seminar "EU Health Law and Policy: Shaping a Future Research Agenda" that was hosted at UM's "Centre for European Research in Maastricht (CERiM)" at September 25 2018.

On Friday 28 September at 3.30pm we will proudly present our new book series. The Maastricht Law Series is created in 2018 by Boom juridisch and Eleven International Publishing in association with the Maastricht University Faculty of Law.

On Friday 14 September, METRO researcher Yu Yan successfully defended her PhD thesis 'A Changing Landscape of Road Traffic Liability in China: A View from Law and Economics'. Many congratulations to Dr. Yan!

ITEM supports and promotes - from science - the euregional and transnational functioning of society. In order for society to use ITEM's research, a cross-border portal was launched on September 24th, 2018 during a GIPTOGETHER-meeting of cross-border information points in Eupen.

On Friday 14 September 2018, André de Zutter, Faculty of Law, Maastricht University, successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled "My Rape Story that Should be Believed: on the difference between true and false allegations of rape".
