Keuzegids Masters 2018: three designated ‘top study programmes’ at FASoS

In the annual Keuzegids Masters FASoS has three designated ‘top study programmes’: the master’s programme European Studies on Society, Science and Technology (overall score of 86) and the research masters European Studies (overall score of 90), and Cultures of Arts, Science and Technology (overall score 86).

This quality label is given only to those programmes that receive a score of 76 or higher in the Keuzegids assessment. Maastricht University has again been ranked as the country’s second best general university.

The Keuzegids

The Keuzegids Masters rankings are based on student satisfaction scores from the National Student Survey (70%) and assessments by the accreditation organisation NVAO (30%). For more information on the assessment methodology, please visit www.keuzegids.org/methodiek.
In total, more than 750 master’s programmes are evaluated in 10 areas resulting in an overall score between 20 and 100 and a final verdict by the editors of the Keuzegids. A total of 142 programmes receive a final verdict of “++” or “+++” and are thus awarded the label ‘top study programme’.

The Keuzegids Masters is compiled and published by the Centre for Higher Education Information (CHOI) in Leiden.
