Our beloved colleague

Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospice on June 19, 2019, Lisa Faden, our beloved colleague and coordinator of MHPE-Canada in London, Ontario, passed away at the age of 47. We are deeply saddened by this news. With her dedication, grace, extensive knowledge and extraordinary skills Lisa has left a lasting impact on those of us who collaborated with her, as well as on the MHPE programme.

Friends who wish, may make memorial donations to the London Food Bank or to a Food Bank in your community. Online condolences can be expressed at www.loganfh.ca. A tree will be planted, by the Logan Funeral Home, as a living memorial to Lisa.

We will miss you, Lisa. We wish Lisa’s husband Robert MacDougall, her children Yuki and Eli, her parents and her sister strength to cope with this incredible loss.
