My research focuses on the user experience of augmented reality (AR) technologies and services in both B2C and B2B markets. In particular, I study the psychological and cognitive mechanisms that underlie AR use, and how these provide experiential value and improved decision making. I collaborate with technology providers and firms to conduct lab and field studies with the latest applications and devices.
I am always on the lookout for opportunities to collaborate on:
- projects with practitioners and/or other researchers
- consultancy projects for firms (interested in) using AR services
- supervision on Bachelor- and Master thesis projects
