As a staff member at the information desk, I give information on: the Online library, book collections, databases, E-books and E-journals. I also deal with the payments of fines and Interlibrary loan and I answer questions about membership. On a practical level I help customers with scan- and print problems.
Questions which cannot be answered at the information desk will be referred to Ask your Librarian

1. Knowledge sharing (shaping, facilitating, safeguarding and constant improvement of the process within the team and cross-team for the purpose of service provision)
2. Restructuring of meetings (design, facilitate, safeguard, process guidance, meeting procedures, meeting formats)
3. Management support HRM task (coaching / buddy) and incidental research work 4. Practical support for student employee mentors within Team Information
B. Projects
1. Project leader Project Study 2gether Online for University Library in collaboration with Taskforce Virtual Campus (ongoing)
2. Project leader Pilot Odor Policy Backoffice University Library (closed)
3. Chairman of the coordination of the UB / Language Center working group (closed)
4. Leader of the unbundling and transfer of front office TC from UB to CES / SSC (closed)
5. Research (psychological and practical aspects) into and introduction of company clothing (completed)
