Germano Giansante (G.)
Germano Giansante works as a recruitment advisor at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics. In this position, Germano guided the migration and implementation from offline to digital recruitment. Currently, Germano is involved in the Influencers and Lead Management project group while also coordinating online campaigns on several channels to increase awareness and nurture the interest of prospective students.
Before his role at Maastricht University, Germano worked as operations manager and then consultant in the product management of Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. In this role, Germano managed a team of 22 employees and worked with several stakeholders within Daimler AG at headquarters and market performance centers worldwide.
Germano received a bachelor's degree in Sociology Cum Laude in Italy and a scholarship to study at the Nazareth College of Rochester, New York. Germano has also received a certification in Digital marketing from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
