Handels- en Ondernemingsrecht

De internationalisering van het bedrijfsleven zet verder door, grenzen vervagen. Vanzelfsprekend kijk je in deze specialisatie ver over de landsgrenzen heen. Het accent ligt op de Europese en internationale aspecten van het handels- en ondernemingsrecht. Het programma wordt deels ingevuld door buitenlandse docenten en ook is er een directe kennisuitwisseling met verschillende faculteiten in Europa. Naast de kernthema’s van het vakgebied is er ook aandacht voor vraagstukken op het gebied van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.

      Apply for the Nuremberg Moot Court on International Criminal Law!

      Taking place in Courtroom 600, the birthplace in international criminal law, this competition simulates proceedings before the International Criminal Court. Maastricht University is the most successful team in the history of this moot court, and won the competition last year.

      Participation lasts the full year (until July 2019), is graded and worth 6 ECTS. Questions and applications (consisting of a CV and full list of grades) should be sent to Craig Eggett (craig.eggett[at]maastrichtuniversity[dot]nl) by the end of Friday 21st September 2018

      Apply for the European Law Moot Court Competition!

      The European Law Moot Court Competition is the most known and prestigious moot court competition in European Law. Improve your writing and pleading skills, deepen your knowledge of European Law, gain the impressive skill of pleading in both French and English, and built a network amongst the EU institutions by participating in this moot court.
