Our unique way of teaching
Maastricht University (UM) is known for its International Classroom and its unique, small-scale approach to education. Problem-based education (PBL) emphasises the skills you need in the 21st-century workplace. These include critical thinking, daring to take initiative, as well as curiosity and creativity. Led by an experienced tutor, in internationally composed groups, you analyse relevant and complex problems and try to find a solution to them.
