Wellbeing resources & inspiration

At Maastricht University, your wellbeing is our priority. We want to help you become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. We have therefore gathered a number of resources covering a range of health and wellbeing topics that you can explore independently. For each of the topics below, you can access a variety of sources including websites, books, podcasts, apps and more. 

If you would like to improve your wellbeing alongside your fellow students, you can join one of our group wellbeing activities.  Or if you want to meet with someone individually and confidentially, our UM psychologists, Social Safety Team, study advisers, student deans and chaplain are always here to support you.
