Ruben Hollemans (R.)

Ruben Hollemans is an empirical legal researcher who specializes in insolvency law and company law at the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University. His research mainly focuses on the role of courts and judges within insolvency proceedings. 

Ruben teaches courses on insolvency law, (European) company law, and Corporate Social Responsibility at both the bachelor's and master's level.
