Partnerships

Members of the Culture, Ethics and Leadership research theme have built their large external networks with strong connections in business, consultancy and research organisations. They are passionate about teaching in close collaboration with practice, undertaking interdisciplinary research, and addressing questions with strong societal impact.

CEL researchers have been nominated for the School of Business and Economics' Societal Impact Award, received recognition from business organisations for the relevance of their research, and are known for crossing disciplinary borders. They work together with leading consulting firms on a wide range of business issues, and have forged partnerships with organisations interested in forensics, governance and regulations issues.

The CEL team also undertakes research in partnership with organisations that see culture and leadership as influential determinants of ethical work behaviour. These organisations operate in fields such as the chemical industry, financial services, and the arts, creative and cultural sectors.
