Contents of the programme
Participants will learn how ESG relates to data protection and data security and gain an in-depth understanding of the UM-DPCSR Framework that consists of 5 principles, 25 rules and 44 auditable controls. During the first two days of the programme you will learn about and how to adhere to the Framework.
UM-DPCSR Framework Principles
- Embed data protection, fairness and security in the design of processes
- Be transparent with individuals about the collection and further processing of their data
- Balance profits with the actual benefits for citizens
- Publish relevant findings based on statistical/anonymized data to improve society
- Devote a portion of revenues to awareness campaigns for citizens with regards to the data-centric society
