Ask the instructors to help you at any time, as they can show you how to train both safe and effective, inspire you with new exercises and keep you motivated. For a personal training plan you can book an appointment with an instructor at the Gym desk.

How it works:
Step 1. Purchase your Personal Training Plan at the front desk of the University Sports Centre. You will receive a special appointment card which you should bring with you to the Gym.
Step 2. In the Gym you can book an appointment together with the Gym staff. Show your appointment card as proof of payment and to note the day and time of the sessions.
Step 3. We advise you to schedule the second session about 4-6 weeks after the first session, for an evaluation and revisal of your training plan. Scheduling of a day and time for the second session can already be done during the initial session or later. For available time slots please consult our gym staff.
