Guidelines for study trips to risk areas

In regions where students of Maastricht University (UM) conduct education- or internship-related activities as part of a study trip, it is possible that safety risks (such as terrorist attacks or natural disasters) may occur. In such instances, the region in question may be designated a risk area. The attached guidelines describe the steps and responsibilities to be followed during such a situation. In doing so, UM's top priority is to safeguard the safety, health and well-being of its students.
