L. Rademacher
Luise is a PhD candidate on the consumer behavior team. Her research interests lie in the fields of information-processing and individual decision-making.
In her additional capacity as Assistant BEELab Coordinator, she helps support and facilitate the lab's daily operations.
Luise's education includes three Master's degrees (MLitt, MSc, MPhil), and two Bachelor's degrees (BBA, BSc), all completed cum laude.
She is completing a joint PhD with Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Moreover, Luise has over six years of industry experience in various functions, including 3.5 years of operational and strategic product management experience at L'Oréal, the world's number-one cosmetics company. She competently executed the most successful selective anti-aging face care launch of 2018 in Germany, showcasing her strong brand management knowledge and consumer marketing expertise. As a former member of the German L'Oréal Diversity & Inclusion Committee and cross-divisional CSR working group, she demonstrated her passion for driving positive change.
