Sep Breukers is a lecturer in the Fundamentals and Methods of Law capacity group of Maastrich University. He studied European Law and Tax Law at Maastricht University and currently works as an entrepreneur (CEO of the shoe brand PERLIE), tax lawyer and writer in addition to being a lecturer. 

He is the author of the bestselling The Starter's Guide for Entrepreneurs and Business Contracts: Rights, Duties, and Privacy. Additionally, he has published in various tax journals.
