Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) became the main area of my research during the years of my PhD, which I received in 2018 from the University of Copenhagen.

I was very fascinated by this powerful technology, and to continue my career in the field of MSI I moved to Maastricht, where I joined the M4I institute, division of Mass Spectrometry Imaging, as a researcher. For the next two years I will work together with Imabiotech, in close collaboration with the GROW School of Oncology|Department of Pathology (MUMC+), on the Eurostar project  ‘Molecular and Morphometric Imaging analysis for biomarkers discovery’.
