D.H. Cámpora Pérez
I obtained my degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Sevilla in 2010, and then spent 10 years working at CERN on diverse topics such as data acquisition systems or network administration, specializing as a developer of efficient software for parallel architectures. During my PhD I worked on parallelizing physics software on GPUs for the LHCb collaboration and earned an LHCb Early Career Scientist Award for this work. I'm now Assistant Professor at the University of Maastricht and closely collaborate with LHCb. My research includes efficient parallel programming, High Energy Physics algorithms, GPUs, Quantum Computing and A. I.
