Suzanne van Gils (S.)
I am an assistant professor in work and social psychology. My research focuses on moral behavior in organizations, ethical leadership, and social psychological determinants of organizational behavior. My recent publications are listed under research or on my researchgate profile. I have obtained my PhD in 2012 from Rotterdam School of Management. In 2013 I have worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at Kühne Logistics University in Hamburg, researching the effects of the physical environment on moral behavior.
In addition to my own research projects, I am involved as a daily supervisor in the PhD projects of Daniel Gläser at the RespectResearchGroup in Hamburg about pay for performance systems and deviance, and the project of Untung Manara on corruption.
