Herke Kranenborg nominated as a judge at the CJEU
We are very proud that the Dutch Council of Ministers has approved the nomination of Prof Herke Kranenborg as a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
Herke Kranenborg is a member of the Legal Service of the European Commission and Professor of European Data Protection and Privacy Law at the Faculty of Law and member of MCEL. Herke’s nomination will now be discussed in the Article 255 TFEU panel.
