Supply Chain Research Methods
Full course descriptionThis course focuses on mathematical techniques for managing and improving the supply chain. These techniques include data collection and analysis and forecasting techniques. Moreover, to streamline the supply chain several optimisation techniques from operations research are being taught.
Course objectivesAt the end of this course, the students can use several quantitative techniques necessary for the management and improvement of the supply chain.
PrerequisitesTRANSITIONAL REGULATION (EBC4088):
Only for students who started one of the following programmes/specialisations prior to academic year 2020/21:
* Master Business Research - No specialisation (Note: only if you are taking "Supply Chain Management" disciplinary courses!)
* Master International Business - Supply Chain Management
Education (last opportunity in 2020/21) + Exam/Resit (last opportunity in 2021/22)
NOTE: You may replace this course with EBC4264
