Full course descriptionThis module will be tailor-made for exchange students. In order to enrich learning experiences, we will actively try to exploit the different backgrounds of group members. Hence, cultural diversity will be a cross-cutting theme. The precise topic for International Psychology (see Wikipedia for a description) will be selected after consultation with the participants. The selected topic should appeal to a majority of participants. Hence, it is likely to lend itself to more than one way of studying it (for instance, by taking the stance of a work and organizational psychologist, or a clinical psychologist, or an educational psychologist). The module will adhere to either a problem- based or project-based format. The group of participants will work towards completion of a final product (e.g., a website or e-magazine). Final grade is based on the quality of the final product and an assessment of individual contributions, as judged by both supervisor(s) and peers.
