M. Diaz Claudio
M.D. Claudio is a PhD Candidate at Maastricht University, department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Her academic background combines Economics and Neuroeconomics to further study consumer behavior and individual decision-making. Currently, her interdisciplinary research focuses on the effect of implicit movements (e.g. fidgeting) on cognitive performance, specifically, self-control and memory. By integrating marketing, psychology, and neuroscience, the underlying mechanisms of individual decision-making (e.g. sustainable or healthy food choices) are further investigated and consequently, its implications on consumer behavior.
