Graduation Ceremonies | School of Business and Economics
The School of Business and Economics will organise the graduation ceremonies at the MECC on 26 November. If this graduation ceremony applies to you, please mark this date in your calendar!
Fall 2023 ceremony procedure
For students who graduated between 1 March 2023 and 31 August 2023, graduation ceremonies will take place on 26 November 2023 at the MECC Maastricht. At the MECC event venue, you can invite a maximum of 4 guests to celebrate the ceremony with you.
What is expected of you

Check your university mail and register via your personal link around 11 October 2023. The registration link will be active until 1 November 2023
- Upload a picture when attending the ceremony
- Order Cap and Gown
- Check whether you have received a registration confirmation
