Developing your leadership abilities
The Organisation: Management, Change and Consultancy track blends theory with experience. In doing this, you will cover four main topic areas:
• Organisational change and consultancy – an academic overview of change management as well as the practical use of consultants in firms
• Organisational learning and transformation – what it means to produce better results with the people you work with – or ‘learning how to learn’
• Leadership – academic theory of leadership, reflection on your own leadership capabilities, an outside perspective on leadership
• Management at work – practical perspective on management, including the opportunity to interview managers in business
Organisation: Management, Change and Consultancy is a 1-year, full-time programme and is taught entirely in English. Graduates will a master's degree in International Business with a specialisation in Organisation: Management, Change and Consultancy.
