ILL for non-university library members
If you are not associated with the Maastricht University, but you do possess a UM card, you are entitled to make use of the interlibrary loan service. Requests for books can be made by filling in a blue card, articles from journals by filling in a yellow card. These cards are to be handed in at the information desk.
This desk only accepts PIN card payments.
For national ILL the payment is:
- 'annual card privat' €6.50 per requested item
- 'annual card business' €13 per requested item.
Should it be impossible to supply a requested item you will receive a refund voucher for a new request.
