Use of LINK internet computers

• Access
  The LINK computers are only accessible by Maastricht  University students.
• Opening hours
  The LINK computer facilities are available during the Randwyck Library opening hours.
• Software
  The only software installed on the computers is Internet Explorer, which means they can only be used for internet and e-mail.
• Printing
  You may send print jobs from any LINK computer to the LINK printer. This printer is located just outside LINK near the lockers, in the direction of the porter's lodge. The printer operates just like all library printers; you use your UM card to pay. This printer does not accept print jobs sent from laptops.
• Failures
  Use another LINK computer to report any computer failure to Ask your librarian', the library's digital information desk. Only contact the information desk in the library (on Level 1) if all or nearly all LINK computers have broken down. Failures reported on working days are generally resolved within eight hours.
• The LINK house rules apply to the use of internet computers.
