Reservation study cells Inner City Library

There are 4 study cells available for reservation on level 1 (zone C) of the Inner City Library (numbers 9 through 12); see Directions, what & where.


 

 

Rules for employees
Employees may reserve a study cell for up to 3 days through the information desk (T +31 43 388 5005).

 

 

Rules for students with disabilities
Students should submit a request to the Disability Management Support Centre, e-mail: handicap@ssc.unimaas.nl. The support centre will assess each request and inform the library of any positive decisions.


 

   

      

For all reservations:

  • Reserve at least 1 day in advance through the information desk of the Inner City Library (T +31 43 388 5005).
  • Reservations expire after 30 minutes if the person for whom the reservation was made, has not appeared.
  • Reservations expire after 30 minutes of absence of the person who made the reservation.
  • Reservations can be made in blocks of 1 hour.
