The tuberculosis (TBC) test
Citizens from the following countries are obliged to undergo a tuberculosis test at the Health Service, unless they have a valid residence permit (not a tourist visa) for an EU-country:

Unfortunately, the nearest location for the test is in the city of Heerlen. Please call 045- 8506612 for an appointment (Monday to Friday between 8.30 AM and 12.00 PM).
You will have to bring the TBC-form with you to the appointment. Please complete the upper section. The doctor of the Health Service will complete the bottom section and forward the form to Dutch Immigration (IND).

The tuberculosis test will not delay the residence permit procedure, but if Dutch Immigration has not received the result of the test within 2 months, your residence permit may still be revoked. We therefore strongly recommend you to take the test as soon as possible.
