How can I participate?

To participate spinning classes you need: UM Sports card + registration for a course or UM sports card + spinning punch card (advanced spinners only).

Course

A spinning course consists of 7 classes for beginners as well as advanced. You need to register and pay an extra fee. You can register at the UM SPORT webshop or at the desk at Sports Centre Randwyck.

Beginners
You are a beginner if you have never done spinning at UM SPORT before.
Please note: at the start of a new course be present 15 minutes in advance for instructions and set up for your bicycle.
Advanced
You are advanced if you have finished one spinning course at UM SPORT.

Spinning punch card

The punch card gives access to all spinning classes if there is still place and to the special “for ‘knipkaart’ only“ classes . A "knipkaart" is valid for 10 classes, throughout the academic year, but for advanced spinners only. Please note: course participants have priority over punch card participants. The punch card is only available at the desk at Sports Centre Randwyck.

Costs

The costs of a course and /or the spinning season ticket depend on the member category.
