Cancellation arrangement individual guidance

Experience is that people do not always show up, often without any prior notification.

We expect the following from you: making an appointment, is showing up! This is professional behavior we may expect from our students.

If you do not cancel well in advance, you will be charged an administrative fee:

• If you should cancel within less than 7 days before the appointment, you will be charged an administrative fee of € 10 (incl. VAT).
• If you do not cancel and do not show up at the appointment, you will be charged an administrative fee of € 25 (incl. VAT).

Unable to come?
If, due to circumstances, you are not able to follow up your appointment, please call the following phone number: 0031- (0)43 388 53 88. If you cancel too late or if you do not show up, we are forced to apply our cancellation arrangement.
