Statutory or institutional tuition fee?
Maastricht University has a statutory and an institutional tuition fee. The institutional fee is set by the university and depends on several factors, such as nationality and whether this is your first or second study programme. The statutory tuition fee has a single rate and is yearly set by the Dutch government.
The statutory rate is €1,906 for the academic year 2014/15.
The tuition fees for the part-time master programmes for academic year 2014/15 are €1,331.
The institutional fees have also been set and can be found on the following web page: Four tuition fees as of 2013/14. In a number of instances these institutional fees will rise.
Tuition fees can vary, depending on for instance your nationality and whether this is your first or second study programme. To avoid any misunderstanding we have developed a handy click model that will allow you to find your rate with just a few clicks.
Please use the menu on the left to find the click model for bachelor's students and the click model for the master's students.
You can pay your tuition in different ways. You will receive more information by mail about this. Receiving this email does not imply that you have been admitted to your programme or that you are allowed to continue your programme. You will receive a separate email about this.
