Statutory or institutional tuition fee?
Maastricht University has a statutory and an institutional tuition fee. The tuition rates are set each year and may be subject to change.
The statutory rate will continue to have a single fee for all programmes. This fee is increased by law each year, which is €1,906 for the academic year 2014/15.
The tuition fees for the part-time master programmes for academic year 2014/15 are €1,331.
If you start or continue your studies in February 2014 the statutory rate of academic year 2013/14 still applies (7/12 * €1,835 = €1,070.42).
The institutional fees have also been set and can be found on the following web page: Four tuition fees as of 2013/14. In a number of instances these institutional fees will rise.
Tuition fees can vary, depending on for instance your nationality, your place of residence and whether this is your first or second study programme. To avoid any misunderstanding we have developed a handy click model that will allow you to find your rate with just a few clicks.
Please use the menu on the left to find the click model for bachelor's students and the click model for the master's students for academic year 2013/14. You can use this model if you start or continue your studies in February 2014.
The click model for academic year 2014/15 will be published in January 2014.
