Cancellation of the registration
You can cancel your registration until September 1 via Studielilnk. It is important that you do this in time for the cancellation to pass through Studielink and on to the Registration Office/Student Services Centre. Only if your cancellation is received before September 1, you are allowed to receive a full refund of your tuition payment.
Cancellation requests received after 1 September will follow the Maastricht University de-registration rules listed in the UM uitschrijvingsprocedure (registration decree)
Please note: Upon cancellation of your registration you have to repay any study loan/grant received under the studiefinanciering scheme from IB-Groep for the months of July and August and you will be fined for the use of the public transport student pass (if applicable).
