The science of economics is broadly divided into two majors: Economics
and Business administration. Business administration studies economic
problems within the firm and relates to problems in the fields of
marketing and logistics, finance, accounting and information
management and organization and strategy. Business administration aims
to provide an integrated view of all the various (sub) disciplines. This
course introduces students in the various topics that are related to
business administration so that students have basic knowledge for the
more specialized courses in marketing, organization, finance, strategy,
supply chain management and accounting.
