The series Entrepreneur Lectures brings together business and science. On Monday 15 March 2010, the SME Portal Maastricht University in association with the Institute for Corporate Law, Governance and Innovation Policies (ICGI) organizes a meeting where entrepreneurs are informed in an entertaining manner about recent developments in the area of directors’ liability and relevant issues of insolvency law and debt restructuring. Certainly in the current economic situation it is important for every entrepreneur to be well informed and up-to-date on these topics. As an entrepreneur you want to make necessary risk assessments and to be able to anticipate on legal consequences of your actions.
