Articles wanted for first edition ‘Maastricht Student Journal of Psychology and Neuroscience’

5 January 2012

June 2012, at the end of the curriculum, will mark the first edition of ‘Maastricht Student Journal of Psychology and Neuroscience’ (MSJPN). The journal is an initiative of (former) researchers of the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience and will give students the opportunity to publish both empirical and literature research. MSJPN is a peer-reviewed journal with articles that reflect what students of the FPN are engaged with, concerning education and research.

Annually published

In the journal to be published annually, students are offered the possibility to publish research findings that they have gathered during the course Research practical, MARBLE or during a research thesis. (Mini) reviews based on bachelor theses are also welcome. Furthermore, students may also submit extracurricular papers in essay form. Students are allowed to submit articles individually but also collectively.

Research Master students

Additionally, (Research) Master students may also apply as member of the editorial board. These students will review submitted articles and have a vote in the eventual publication of articles. In addition to the group of student reviewers (8-10 persons), Anke Sambeth, Silke Conen and Tim Leufkens will also have a seat on the editorial board.
