UCM Summer Graduation

This year’s UCM summer graduation is taking place on the 6th of July. In the morning, dressed up in the traditional black gowns and caps, about 100 students will descend the stairs of University College Maastricht and walk to Theater aan het Vrijthof to claim their long awaited diploma. After the graduation ceremony the graduates, along with their friends and family, will return to the college for some nice drinks and delicious food where they are welcomed by the UCM staff. This is not where it ends, however. In the evening, Grand Hotel de l’Empereur is hosting the graduation party. This event is open to everyone who wishes to celebrate together with the graduates the much-anticipated, but somehow bizarrely abrupt, ending of the UCM-journey.
