This publication will be presented in Geneva at the WTO on June 27, 2012 and at UM Brussels Campus on June 28, 2012 with the participation of Dr Denise Prevost (Maastricht Law Faculty, IGIR), Dr Henry Gao (Singapore Management University School of Law) and Dr Leïla Choukroune (Maastricht Law Faculty, IGIR).
